These Terms of Service govern your use of Serenity Space's counseling and therapy services. By booking or attending a session, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Appointments & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance to be eligible for a refund or alternative slot.
  • No refunds will be provided for missed sessions or late cancellations (less than 24 hours' notice).
  • Rescheduling is subject to therapist availability and must comply with the advance notice policy.

3. Recording Policy

Recording of therapy sessions (including audio, video, or screenshots) is strictly prohibited without explicit written consent. Any violation may result in immediate termination of services.

4. Confidentiality

All information shared during sessions is treated as confidential. Information may only be disclosed under the following circumstances:

  • With your explicit written consent
  • If there is an imminent risk of harm to you or others
  • When legally required (e.g., court order or legal duty)

5. Data Protection

We implement appropriate safeguards to protect your personal information. However, please be aware that no digital transmission or storage method is completely secure. Share information thoughtfully and responsibly.

We utilize third-party tools for booking, communication, and payment processing (e.g., video conferencing platforms and calendar tools). These providers are contractually bound to protect your data and comply with privacy standards.
